NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT
THE NEW TYKE, THORNTON ROAD ON MONDAY 12TH JUNE 2008 AT 7:30PM
Combining the two roles of President and Honorary Secretary over the past 12 months has proved difficult and as some of you aware I announced my intention at our Annual Dinner in April to step down as Honorary Secretary at the next AGM. I am more than willing to continue as your President but the club is in need of more volunteers. All nominations will be gratefully received for the post of Secretary and any other posts. We are fortunate in having parents of some of our younger members who have already offered there services with newsletters, coaching, collecting training fees and with welfare. Our ClubsFirst Accreditation is due for renewal by 2009 and a few more volunteers are needed to help the Club achieve this as well.
PLEASE COME ALONG AND SUPPORT YOUR CLUB - THANK YOU
Paul Bateson - President & Honorary Secretary
